Training!
Felt pretty good today after the 5k last night, so decided to go for another run around where I live. Ended up doing about 6k, which is the furthest ive run I think! Felt quite easy to e hoest, and even not much fo a problem with my perennial issue of straining inetrcostal muscles. I tried a breathing patter of inhaling and exhaling over 2 steps that I read on the internet, which seems to have regulated it and lesssened the problem. U suppose I could just be adapting to running haha!
