Running in the heat!

So I write to you all from (not so sunny today) Cyprus! Been here since Tuesday and had a few days chilling out! Weather was a bit duller today so sdecided to go on a run down to Paphos harbour and back, about 5.6k google maps reckons! Did it in just over 24 minutes, which I was quite pleased about considering the wind and alazy few days! :D
Also, signed up to RunKeeper, so I can keep a track of my runs and share them on here I guess! Here's todays for if you're ever in Paphos, Cyprus!
