Hot Hot Heat!

Thursday was one of the warmest days of the year in the UK, so when better to go for a run! Ended up doing a similar circuit to the other week round local lanes, about 8.5k overall, lots of hills and quite taxing in the heat! Ran with a friend which made it a little less arduous but still!
