Race Day!

Maybe not a race as such but the fantasticly organised Parkrun in Heaton Park, Manchester. For those not familiar with PArkrun, it's a series of timed 5k races around the country every Saturday morning. Managed to get a time of 22.25, knocking essentially a minute off my first 5k time the other week! Quite pleased but I'm sure I can go much quicker! Also got a free tshirt from Lucozade promo guys there for wearing Orange! Awesome! :D
